Doula Services
I began working with pregnant / parenting women and birthing folks in 2007. I have trainings that include breastfeeding/ chest feeding support, education on the body during and after pregnancy, grief and loss during pregnancy , health, nutrition, mental health assessments, family ,cultural and spiritual dynamics during and after pregnancy and so much more.
